A proud mommy moment

Allow me a moment to brag on my eldest child if you will. Last week I received notice that Kylie qualified for the pace program at her school. I'm crossing my fingers (but not holding my breath) that she will not be so bored with school now. At first she was a bit upset about making the program. She does not like doing anything that calls attention to her, it embarrasses her. She found out that some of her friends will be in the class with her so that seemed to appease her. That and the fact that the class will be taking several field trips. She'll be going to New Orleans twice next year on a field trip so if you see a paypal logo appear on my blog you'll know why.  Just kidding. She also received citizen of the month this month at school so she'll be receiving a certificate Tuesday night at the schools P.T.A.  So as you can see I am quite proud of my baby girl.
